We are proposing to add 9 family-sized rental townhouse units to 2110 Keele Street, while maintaining and improving the existing apartment building and overall site condition. The stacked townhouse building with the new units will be built to the north of the existing building, just south of the City-owned ravine lands. Most critically, the project integrates sustainable technologies, improves biodiversity and landscaping conditions; provides improved vehicular & bicycle parking areas; and introduces several new social spaces. These include an improved and re-landscaped courtyard, a shared street (“woonerf”), and a new shaded outdoor amenity area with seating and a BBQ.
